At MiraMuse, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality hair and hair products. Due to the nature of our items and for hygiene and safety reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. No Refunds – All Sales Final

We do not offer cash refunds for any reason except in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order. This includes (but is not limited to) reasons such as: Changing your mind, Selecting the wrong length, texture, or color, Shipping delays caused by carriers, Dissatisfaction with styling preferences, All hair products are considered intimate goods and cannot be resold once opened, handled, or worn.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email at support@sanyasnipellc.co.site with: Your order number, Clear, timestamped photos and/or videos of the issue, Proof the product is in its original, unaltered condition (unworn, unwashed, uncut, with tags and packaging intact), If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.

3. No Returns for Worn or Altered Products

Any product that has been worn, cut, colored, heat-styled, washed, combed, or otherwise altered will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit — no exceptions.

4. Fraud & Chargeback Prevention

We maintain records of all customer communications, order confirmations, product photos, and tracking information. Any chargeback or payment dispute filed after a product has been shipped will be contested with full documentation. Fraudulent claims will result in immediate termination of purchasing privileges and may lead to legal action.

5. Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order, you confirm that you: Have read and agree to this Refund Policy. Understand that all hair products are non-refundable once shipped. Agree not to file false claims or disputes after receiving your product.

Return Policy

At MiraMuse, We are committed to providing high-quality hair and excellent hair products. Please read our Return Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Order Processing


Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3business days after payment is received and cleared. Pre-Orders & Custom Orders: Processing times are longer for custom units or pre-orders. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Rush processing is not available unless explicitly offered.

2. Shipping

Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside our control. Risk of Loss: Responsibility for the package passes to the customer once the carrier marks it as “Delivered” in their system. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or delayed packages after delivery confirmation. Signature Confirmation: For your protection, orders over $300 require signature on delivery.

3. Address Accuracy


Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase via support@sanyasnipellc.co.site.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: Your order number, Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue, The product in its original, unaltered condition, Hair must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, and with original packaging and tags intact for any resolution to be considered. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

6. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks


We actively monitor and report fraudulent transactions to the appropriate authorities. Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed after the product is shipped will be contested with proof of order confirmation, tracking, and delivery. Fraudulent claims may result in termination of purchasing privileges and legal action.


7. Cancellations


Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase amount.
