Shipping & Return Policy
At MiraMuse, We are committed to providing high-quality hair and excellent hair products. Please read our Shipping & Return Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3business days after payment is received and cleared. Pre-Orders & Custom Orders: Processing times are longer for custom units or pre-orders. Estimated timelines will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Rush processing is not available unless explicitly offered.
2. Shipping
Once shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside our control. Risk of Loss: Responsibility for the package passes to the customer once the carrier marks it as “Delivered” in their system. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or delayed packages after delivery confirmation. Signature Confirmation: For your protection, orders over $300 require signature on delivery.
3. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase via support@sanyasnipellc.co.site.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for hygienic reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with: Your order number, Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue, The product in its original, unaltered condition, Hair must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, and with original packaging and tags intact for any resolution to be considered. If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
6. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks
We actively monitor and report fraudulent transactions to the appropriate authorities. Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed after the product is shipped will be contested with proof of order confirmation, tracking, and delivery. Fraudulent claims may result in termination of purchasing privileges and legal action.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed and may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase amount.

Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all pre-orders placed with MiraMuse (“we,” “us,” “our”) for our products (“Products”). By placing a pre-order, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Pre-Order Payment
All pre-orders require full payment at the time the order is placed. Payments are non-refundable except as described in Section 6 (Cancellations &Refunds).
2. Estimated Shipping Date
The estimated shipping date will be clearly stated at checkout or in your order confirmation email. Estimated dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change due to supply chain delays, manufacturing timelines, or other factors outside our control.
3. Custom and Special Orders
Any pre-order for custom wigs, hair bundles, or other made-to-order products cannot be changed once production has started. You are responsible for confirming all details (length, texture, color, density, etc.) before placing your order.
4. Changes to Your Order
Changes to your pre-order must be requested within 24 hours of purchase in writing via our official customer service email: support@sanyasnipellc.co.site. After this period, changes are not guaranteed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Once shipped, all orders are subject to the carrier’s delivery times and terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Pre-orders are final sale and non-refundable except in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order. If we cancel your pre-order for any reason, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, supply shortages, labor strikes, or shipping interruptions.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping, billing, and contact information. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect information provided by you.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Summerville, SC, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy
At MiraMuse, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality hair and hair products. Due to the nature of our items and for hygiene and safety reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.
1. No Refunds – All Sales Final
We do not offer cash refunds for any reason except in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order. This includes (but is not limited to) reasons such as: Changing your mind, Selecting the wrong length, texture, or color, Shipping delays caused by carriers, Dissatisfaction with styling preferences, All hair products are considered intimate goods and cannot be resold once opened, handled, or worn.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email at support@sanyasnipellc.co.site with: Your order number, Clear, timestamped photos and/or videos of the issue, Proof the product is in its original, unaltered condition (unworn, unwashed, uncut, with tags and packaging intact), If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.
3. No Returns for Worn or Altered Products
Any product that has been worn, cut, colored, heat-styled, washed, combed, or otherwise altered will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit — no exceptions.
4. Fraud & Chargeback Prevention
We maintain records of all customer communications, order confirmations, product photos, and tracking information. Any chargeback or payment dispute filed after a product has been shipped will be contested with full documentation. Fraudulent claims will result in immediate termination of purchasing privileges and may lead to legal action.
5. Customer Acknowledgment
By placing an order, you confirm that you: Have read and agree to this Refund Policy. Understand that all hair products are non-refundable once shipped. Agree not to file false claims or disputes after receiving your product.
